He is survived by: his daughter Laura Catherine; his brother Tommy Powell (Judy) of Pearl, MS; his children, Jim Powell, Jr. (Sandy), Catherine Juszkiewicz (Henry) of Nashville and William Powell (Yolanda) of Waxahachie; his stepchildren, Cole Johnson of Austin, TX., Lee McKinzey (Phil) of Grapevine and Hill Johnson of Grapevine; and his grandchildren, Nathan Powell, Caleb Powell, Kensington Juszkiewicz, Cash Johnson, Lily Johnson, Caroline Johnson, Samantha Johnson, Ian McKinzey and Gray McKinzey.
