It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Smith of Grand Prairie, Texas, born in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana, who passed away on July 5, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ross H. Smith; and her daughter Alma Davis. She is survived by: her daughter Rose Cobb of Grand Prairie, TX; her grandchildren, Ashley, Alexis and Christopher Cobb, Jr. of Grand Prairie, TX; and her great grandchildren, Violet, Leo Juarez, Lily, Esme and Bella Cruz of Grand Prairie, TX.. She is also survived by her daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
