He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kathy, Kristy (Bill), Laura (Greg), Keven and Fred Jr. (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jonah, Jessica, Amber, Nicholas, Sarah, Samuel, Danny (Janelle) and Cathie Sue (Eric); and his great grandchildren, Preston, Tristan, Kyra, Marcus and Oliver.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in the name of Fred Charles Bailey Sr. to the charity of choice.
