He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Guerrero and Guadalupe Guerrero; and his siblings, Juanita Guerra, Concepcion Garza, Margarita Irene Guerrero Garcia, Maria, Socorro Guerrero, Cruz Guerrero, Renato Guerrero and Guadalupe Guerrero (Lupe).

He is survived by: his wife Isabel Maria Guerrero; his daughters, Patricia Guerrero and Carmen Guerrero; his son-in-law Andrew; his grandsons, Richard and Diego; his brothers, Manuel Guerrero, Octaviano Guerrero (Tavis), Rene Guerrero and Romeo Guerrero; and his pets, Rufus, Rocky and Jack.
