He is survived by: his wife Romualda Perez; his children, James Jairo Perez and Liliana Perez; and his siblings, Rodrigo Perez, Jose Alfonso Perez, Mario Alberto Perez, Andres Perez, Maria Candelaria Perez, Maria Elena Perez, Lidia Perez and Carmela Perez.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carrillo Funeral Home - Grand Prairie (800 SW 3rd St, Grand Prairie, TX 75051). A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
