He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Hamilton Brown, Sr. and Temperance Melvina Morrow Brown; his wife Elizabeth Helen McGowan; and his siblings, John Henry King, Charles H. Brown, Lois Ruth Beard, Anna Jo Brown Ward and Betty Jean Gucker.
He is survived by: his children, Everett L. Brown, Jr., Karen Narvaez (Lorenzo) and Sharon Brown; and his sister Ella Dickman. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
