She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Prochaska and Wilma Prochaska (Stan Grubaugh). She is survived by: her close friend Kirk; her sisters, Leah Shuck and Brenda Keith (Warren Mussman); her children, Willie Grubaugh (Amy), Zane Grubaugh, Lori Covey (Richard) and Cara Cusack (Martin); her nieces and nephews, Wilma McBane (Devon), Sheri Rittenhouse (Scott), Kristen Reeves, Jeffrey Dearth (Kyndra) and Jason Dearth (Grubaugh); her grandchildren, Clint, Brittany, Marilyn and Marci; her great grandchild Evan; her grandchildren, Randall Kalmoe (Russell) and Lisa Paffel (Joey); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gracey McBane, Sierra Reeves, Bellamy Dearth, Dylan Reeves, Weston, Kolton McBane, Benjamin, Chandler Rittenhouse, Brayton and Eddison Dearth.
