She was predeceased by: her children, Maurice Hurd, Jr. (Ruth) and Theresa Beatrice Hurd Henry (late Johnny Lee Henry). She is survived by: her husband Deacon Maurice Hurd, Sr.; and her sons, Bonner (Annie), James (Carolyn), Thomas (Patricia), Ezekiel (Paulette), Benjamin and Larry (Teresa). She is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren, thirty-seven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
