She was predeceased by: her former husband Arthur Carter; and her husband Dean McKay. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Ragsdale and Larry Carter (Susie); her stepsons, Danny and Robert McKay; and her sister Vernell Rogers. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren.
