He is survived by: his children, Bobby Parker, Melissa Yates and Sherri Carter-Parker; his siblings, Dwayne Parker (Nikki), Dorothy Holmes (Glynn) and Norma Specht (Ed); and his grandchildren, Kimberly Ransom (Shawn), Anthony Yates, Johnny Yates (Isabel), Stephanie Johnson (Jarrod), Adam Stark (Jessica) and Christina Stark.
