She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Florence Edna Jenkin (Hartley). She is survived by: her children, Magazine, Harcourt, Brace and Jovanovich; and her sisters, Linda Fleenor (David) of Gastonia, NC, Barbara Clarke (Steven) of Sandwich, MA and Judy McGowan (Paul) of Dunkirk, MD. She is also survived by 3 nieces and a nephew.
