She is survived by: her mother Yvonne Rakowski; her children, Lyric and Nevaeh Hernandez; her husband Wes; her sister Tiffany Jackson; her brother-in-law Simon Jackson; and her grandmother Zoe Ramirez. She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and so many friends.
