He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Fout and Naomi Eba Fout; and his brother Mike Fout. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fout; his daughter Kimberly Oosthuizen; and his siblings, Larry Fout, Mark Fout, Tonna Chaligoj, Ruth Brown and Kathy Reynolds. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
