He is survived by: his wife Darlene Catherine Howard Fletcher; and his children, Catherine Webb (Jay), Chester Fletcher, Jr. (Chiyomi), Christina Fletcher, Steven Fletcher and Charles Fletcher (Lorrie). He is also survived by 2 Sisters. 12 late Sisters and Brother.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home (323 Union St, Felicity, OH 45120). The military honors was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
