Charlene Brainard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2024, at the age of 89, Charlene Brainard of Grand Prairie, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charlene Brainard to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Verdel Major and Ada Major; her son Dale Brainard; and her siblings, Gary Major, Pauline Waters, Maxine Jetton and Earlene Mathis.
She is survived by: her husband Loyd Brainard; her children, Vicki Elder (Don) of Carlisle, Arkansas, Kathy Elder (Frank) of Carlisle, Arkansas, Carla Brainard Hanks of Carlisle, Arkansas, Eddie Brainard (Josie) of Alvarado and David Brainard (Mariam) of Sachse, Texas; and her brother Billy Major (Freda) of Crowley, Texas.. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren, and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Carlisle Cemetery (729 Raborn Rd, Carlisle, AR 72024).
