He is survived by: his wife Darlene Mullican of Quitman, Texas; his children, Jeff Mullican of Quitman, Texas, Michelle Mullican of Jackson and Gena Haggard of Grapevine, Texas; and his grandson Dylen Haggard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
