With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertha Forman of Grand Prairie, Texas, born in Garwin, Iowa, who passed away on April 10, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew Peshel and Helen Peshel (Mishler); her husband George Forman; her daughter Tammie Thompson (Terry) of Grand Prairie, TX; her grandchildren, Andy Thompson (Margaret) of Joshua, TX, Dustin Thompson (Brittney) of Thomasville, AL, Shaness Hart (Doug) of Iowa, Jeffery Harrell II of Iowa, Jadi Peck of Iowa and Jaci May (Ryan) of Iowa; her siblings, Norma Gummert of Marshalltown, IA, Dave Peshel (Hollie) of Ankeny, IA and Jerry Dean Peshel of Albion, IA; her daughter Lynn Harrell; and her brothers, Danny Peshel, Darrell and Dennis Peshel. She was also cherished by 17 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
