He was predeceased by: his father Pedro Castillo, Sr.; and his stepfather Jesse Garza. He is survived by: his mother Casimera Castillo; his daughters, Claudia Castillo and Casiana Castillo; his grandson Noah Castillo; his siblings, Jesse Garza, Jr. (Mary), Diana Espinosa (Ramiro), Maria Castillo (Alex), Ricky Garza, Debra Castillo, Juanita Galindo (Matthew), Josephine Lopez, Jesse Castillo (Regina) and Isabel Cortes (Jaime); his former wife Brenda Castillo; and his nephew Christoher Espinosa. He is also survived by 22 nieces, nephews.
