He is survived by: his children, Beatrice Martinez and Tony Rodriguez III; and his grandchildren, Priscilla Martinez-Gibson, Tony Rodriguez IV, Gracie Rodriguez, Victoria Martinez, Stefanie Martinez and Erica Martinez. He is also survived by his six great-grandchildren.
