We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2021, at the age of 79, Amos Sheldon Greer Jr. of Grand Prairie, Texas, born in Natchez, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Amos S. Greer, Sr. and Hilda Mae Rawls Greer; his mother-in-law Nancy Langford; his wife Nancy; his children, Terry Greer and Kay Lynn Joye; his grandchildren, Aaron Joye, Karah Joye, Taylor Greer and Garrett Holton; his great grandchildren, Paxton and Elijah; and his sister Linda Smith (Les). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews as well as many beloved cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the charity of the donor's choice.
