With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Yvonne L. Hinson of Granbury, Texas, born in Kannapolis, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Yvonne left this world on September 9, 2024 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Glenn and Hazel Leonard; and her siblings, Helen, Joe, Mary and Kenneth.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Hinson, DeAnne, John Wesley Hinson and Kema; her grandchildren, Georgia, Jacob, Vanessa, Michelle, Christi, Natalie and Zachary; her great grandchild Levi; her brother David Leonard; and her sister-in-law Linda Leonard. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to North Kannapolis Wesleyan Church, in honor of Yvonne's lifelong commitment to serving others.
