He is survived by: his children, Kim Bowden (George), Cheryl Thim and Chip Birckhead (Kelly); his grandchildren, Austin Thim, Brooke Birckhead, Chloe Birckhead, David Bowden, Emily Bowden and Kendyl Holt; his wife Mary; and his siblings, Hunter, Lee, Virginia, Evelyn, Shirley and John.
