He is survived by: his children, Amy (Truman Graham) and Phillip (Mercedes Davis); his grandchildren, Rayne Cottle, Truman Graham, Waylon Kirk, Braxton Long and LeAnn Kirk; his significant Cynthia Miller; his daughter Cristy Utley; his grandchildren, Ellison and Annabelle; his sister Vicki Davis; and his nieces, Tara and Julie.
