She is survived by: her husband Gerald Hayworth; her sons, Paul Hayworth (Anna) and Mark Hayworth (Joy); her siblings, Leta Mae Andrews and Walter Carl Rains (Jamie); her grandchildren, Mandy Hayworth, Clay Hayworth (Lucy), Taylor Hayworth (Hillary), Carla Newton (Micah), Cullen Hayworth (Kaci) and Hailey Strait; and her great grandchildren, Kainen Hayworth, Nora Newton and Nolan Newton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Acton Baptist Church (3500 Fall Creek Hwy, Granbury, TX 76049). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at the Long Creek Cemetery.
