She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Cash and Hollis Bethel Hawk Fillmon; her former husband Carrol Garvin; and her brother Shelburn Ray Fillmon. She is survived by: her husband George Lammers of Granbury; her sons, Martin Dale (Rhonda Lea Garvin), Adam Todd (Dawn Garvin), Harvey Ray (Renae Garvin) and Dan Lammers of Weatherford, TX; her sister-in-law Charlotte O'Donnell of Abilene, TX; and also, Warren Lammers of Cedar Rapids, IA, Martha Pauley of Clear Lake, IA, Alice Boeckman of Bellview, NE, Rose, Kirby Krupa of Tuscola, TX, Beccy Garvin, Donna Coleman of Broken Bow, OK and Rex. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
