With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ellen Ling in Granbury, Texas, born in Irving, Texas, who passed away on July 26, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Collett and Bessie Collett; and her husband Robert Miles Ling. She is survived by: her brother Robert Lewis Collett; her stepson Robert Thomas Ling (Wendy); her siblings-in-law, Genevieve Stevens and Ray Brown; and her nieces and nephews, Kristen Collett, Cathy Kelsey, Cheryl Maddock, Wendy Herbert, Lorie, Patti Grant, Dawn Stephens, Terry Edwards, Pam Small, Charis King, Lisa Truesdale Herbert, Robert Collett, Michael Wayne, Luther Glenn Collett, Ronald Grant, Clint Herbert, Pat Stevens and Kenneth Edwards.
