She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Bullard and Hallie Bullard; her siblings, Ruthie Baird, Martha Maple and George Bullard; her grandson Allan Wayne Ferrell; and her great grandchild Kaylei Roxanne Ferrell.
She is survived by: her friend Nancy Besinger; her husband Dan Owen; her children, Mark Ferrell, Tammy Prince, Randy Ferrell (Jenee) and Megan Owen Seaman (Jake); and her grandchildren, Jason, Serah Prince, Christopher, Lauren Ferrell, Charles Ferrell, Carl, Theresa Ferrell, Zachary, Ciara Ferrell, Mikel and Callie Ferrell.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Highland Baptist Church (1301 N Banks St, Pampa, TX 79065).
