She is survived by: her husband Jim McDowell; her children, Jeremy Tarter (Angela) and Robin Philibur; her grandchildren, Jaycee Tarter, Ragan Philibur and Taylor McDowell; her nieces, Katy Stone and Delora "Dee" Burkhart; and her siblings-in-law, Diane McDowell and Norm McDowell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
