He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elizabeth Collins; his children, Lisa, Judith, David, Mark and Jeremy; his sons-in-law, Adam and Michael; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Spencer, Andrew, Carter, Lucas and Noa.
