She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Zapalac and Mary Zapalac. She is survived by: her husband Alvin L Hurt, Jr.; her daughters, Karen Yost (Ted) of Spring Branch, TX, Linda Smart Rhea (Roger) of Florence, TX and Gladys Ridley (Charles) of Montgomery, TX; and her grandchildren, Chad, Kelly, Bryan, Jessica, Chuck, Ashley and Laura. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
