He was predeceased by: his parents, John Burnett and Frances Orr Burnett. He is survived by: his wife Joan Burnett; his daughters, Kayla Burnett and Meghunn Leatch (Edward Leatch); his son-in-law Fred Collins; his grandchildren, Kaden Manning, Thomas Collins and Makena Gonzalez; and his siblings, Cindy Smajstrla (Mark Smajstrla), James Burnett (Cindy Burnett) and Jodie Black (Anthony Black). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
