He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughters, Shannon and Sarah; his stepchildren, Jennifer (Patrick), Holly (Chuck), Tammy (Nathan) and Jeff (Susan); his grandchildren, Grace, Brittany, Dalton, Charlie, Evan, Holden, Barrett, Lauren, William, Wilson, Harrison, Ci Ci and Helen; his brother Dan (Debbie Amerson); his nieces and nephews, Tuesdee, Kauli, Lanie, Doug, Casey, Dominic, James, Joanna and Dale; and also Marilyn.
