He is survived by: his children, Chris Murtha (Kara), Tammy Thompson (Bobby) and Kerry Riter (John); his grandchildren, Tyler, Lucas, Alyson, Anna, Alex, Murphy and Bridgette; his great grandchild Brooklyn; his siblings, David Dulik and Linda Glover (Richard); and his niece Heather Bruggman.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Busch Funeral Home Chapel (32000 Detroit Rd, Avon, OH 44011). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at the Resthaven Memory Gardens (3700 Center Rd, Avon, OH 44011).
