It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Marie Potter of Granbury, Texas, born in Clifton, New Jersey, who passed away on October 5, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lockwood and Jennie Lockwood; her brothers, Fred and George Lockwood; her children, Lynn Dischinger and Keith Oviatt; her grandson Paul Robb; her great grandchild Kyle Allen; and her daughters-in-law, Karen Oviatt and Karen Potter.

She is survived by: her husband William Potter; and her children, Jerry Potter, William Potter Jr., Scott Oviatt, Patrick Potter, Jean Oviatt, Maria Potter and Jennifer Barrington. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty great- grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren and numerous extended families.

In lieu of flowers Joan wanted donations made to The Heights Church of GRANBURY.
