She is survived by: her mother Dorthy Mae Hayworth; her children, Rebekah Legan (James) and Joshua Walker (Leighann); her grandchildren, Jeff Walker, Cody Walker, Kayman, Jayda, Luke, Kymber, Brooklyn, Allison and Lincoln; her sister Kathy Carey; her niece Valerie Hesters (Bryan); her nephew Taylor Carey; and also Felicity.
