He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirby Payne and Mamie Breland Payne; and his significant other Patsy Ann Payne. He is survived by: his children, Renee Branham (Ken) and Michael Payne; his granddaughters, Ashley Ray (Daniel), Amber Branham and Autumn Branham; his great grandchildren, Aiden Branham, Gavin Ray and Emery Ray; and his siblings, Bobby Payne (Kat), W. C. Payne, Glen Payne and Peggy Triana. He is also survived by numerous other nephew, nieces, family and friends.
