He is survived by: his wife Christi Dotter; his sons, David (Vi) of Alpine and Will of Austin; his grandchildren, Jessie, Liem, Danh and Trang Pham; his sister Linda Kamler; his nephew Brian Kamler (Suzanne); and his niece Tricia Palmer (Jason).
