With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fred Lamar Oliver of Granbury, Texas, born in Amarillo, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2024 at the age of 100. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mac Donald Oliver and Bertie Prudence Oliver; his wife Frances Jane Schmidt; and his brother Mac Donald Oliver. He is survived by: his children, Fred Oliver, Jr. (Lori Oliver), Jimmy Oliver, Duane Oliver, Jane Oliver Smith (Steve Smith), Gary Oliver (Peggy Oliver), Paul Oliver (Shannon Oliver) and Judy Oliver Lee (Frank Lee); and his daughter-in-law Robin Oliver. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
