Laura Strohbach wrote a sympathy message

“I just learned of Frank's passing, and I am so sorry that he is gone. He did a lot of plumbing work for our kitchen remodel, and he was a joy to have around. He also came out the same day that our pipes burst in February 2021 at 9:00 p.m. and was going next to a single mom with 4 kids. Even with a short acquaintance, we could tell that he had a big, joyous heart. And he made it very clear, and often, that he was crazy mad in love with Rebecca. I am so very sorry for your loss.”
