With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifford Howell Simmons in Glen Rose, Texas, born in Long Beach, California, who passed away on June 13, 2024 at the age of 81. He was predeceased by : his parents, Sam Simmons and Lissie Ellen Smith; and his siblings, Sammie James and Elisabeth Ellen (Betty). He is survived by : his wife Patricia Simmons; his children, Loni Simmons Hunley and Clifford Charles Simmons; and his stepchildren, Massiel Velazquez-Soler, Yuri Velazquez and Chadwick Velazquez. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Stonewater Church - Glen Rose (5645 State Hwy 144, Granbury, TX 76048).
