He was predeceased by: his wife Velda Marie Towell; his parents, Isaac Towell and Flora Mae Towell; and his siblings, Ray, Dale, Jimmy, Carrol and Nelda.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Neal Towell, Jr. (Joyce), Kathleen (Steve Davis), Rene'Towell of Granbury, TX and Meshea (Timm Matthews); and his grandchildren, Tamera Burleson, Courtney, Derek Miller, Brandy, LeRoy McCullough, Christen, Jonathan Brokaw, Kassi Davis, Stephen, Stephanie Davis, Taylor, Jeff Kramer and Logan Matthews.
