He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessi Pennington and Ocie Bell Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Antonie (Sonja); and his children, Billy D. Pennington (Kelly), Maria Sirois (Tony), Karolina Pennington (Jesus) and April Pennington. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wiley Center (420 W US Hwy 377, Granbury, TX 76048). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
