He is survived by: his siblings, Anita Hall of Graham, Frances Hancock of Vernon, Mary Ann Logsdons of Vernon, Lonnie Upton of Graham and Larry Upton of Vernon; his wife Donna Upton; his children, Rita Rall, Rebecca Brake, John Upton, Debbie Gill and David Upton; his grandchildren, Jason Gilbert, Kristin Hesser, Anthony Brake, Jennifer Brake, Jessica Brake, Brittany Brake, Keaton Hennesse, Blaze Upton, Colt Upton, Rachel May, Andrew Gill and Cadence Upton; his great grandchildren, Cynthia, Sydney, Savannah, Bella, Paige, Kaleb, Trey, Alyssa, Averi, Skylar, Devon, Adiken, Gwyneth, Bradley, Derrick, Kaeson, Ray, Bjorn, Baden and Dixie; and his great great grandchild Ensley.
