He was predeceased by: his parents, Janis Rae Chauncey (Burroughs) and W. B. Chauncey, Jr.; his brothers, William B. Chauncey and David A. Chauncey; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Lowery.
He is survived by: his former wife Victoria D. DeTurpin; his wife Vicki Chauncey of Graham; his daughter Andrea Lowery of Graham; his grandchildren, Matthew Lowery (Jack), Victoria Lowery of Graham, Melissa Gallagher of Fort Worth and Sara Flores of Weatherford; his sisters-in-law, Judy Chauncey of Powhatan, VA and Toni Goeke (Ed Goeke) of St. Charles, MO; and his nephews, Burt Chauncey, Jake Machnicki and Nick Goeke. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
