He was predeceased by: his siblings, Hildegard McLeland (William Riley), Gertrude Jones (John Calvin), Gerhard Kunkel and Leona Reagan (James Durwood); his nephews, Raymond William McLeland, James Cecil Reagan and John Lewis Jones (Mary Ann); and his great-nephew John William McLeland.
He is survived by: his daughters, Becky Garvey (Jon) of Loving and Debra Kunkel-Rose (Jim) of Arvada; the mother of his children JoAnn Kunkel of Wichita Falls; his grandson Travis Kunkel (Denise) of Newcastle; his great grandchildren, Suzanna Kunkel and Sarah Kunkel; and his nieces and nephews, Lorna Klinkerman (Howard), Mervin Reagan, Lynda Childs (Rusty), Cynthia Broyles (Sid) and Daniel Robert McLeland (Susan). He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews and family friends.
