He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mullinax and Rubye Stuart Mullinax; his former wife Oleta Mullinax; and his son David Mullinax. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Mullinax; his daughter Jeanie Ryan (Mark); his grandchildren, Tyler Ryan, Abby Dell Mullinax, Sidnie Mullinax and Maddie Diann Mullinax; and his stepchildren, Angie Barnett, John Gallaway (Christie), David Gallaway, Glen Gallaway (Sandra) and Rhonda Mills (Chuck).
