It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laverne Patton in Graham, Texas, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theo Cantrell and Christine Cantrell (Reeves); and her husband R. W. "Dub" Patton. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Norvill (Duane), Carol Leach (Dale) and Susan Ayers (Gil); her siblings, Kenneth Cantrell, Dale Cantrell, Marilyn Cook and Theda Gray; and her grandchildren, Shawn Leach, Megan Chapoy, Christopher Ayers, Tarrah Mitchell, Joshua Norvill and Ashley Ayers. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
