He is survived by: his wife Judy Moore of Graham; his children, Ann Smith (Doug), Michael Moore and Dustin Moore (Shae); his grandchildren, Bryson, Bailey Smith, Liam, Emilia and Hunter Moore; and his nieces and nephews, Melody Casey (Mark), Monique Berggren (Randy), Mitch Moore (Julie) and Brett Hoffman (Christi).
