He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Lester Lowe and Goldie Irene Walker Lowe; his former wife Angela Kay Lowe; his children, Holbert Wade Lowe and Glenna Dawn Lowe; his brother C. L. Lowe; and his nephew Jimmy Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lowe of Graham; his son Bobby Joe Nixon; and his sister Glenda Gray of Olney. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
