She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon A. Walton and Ina Mae Walton (Foulger); and her husband Henry Phillips. She is survived by: her children, James Allen Gathings, III (Lee) of McAllen, Texas., Beverly Ford (Tooter) of Graham and Brenda Cutburth (Randell) of Granbury; her sister Carolyn Mathis of Rogers, Texas; and her grandchildren, Brandon Ford (Holly), Joseph Ford (Angie), Justin Cutburth (Camber) and Cayle Cutburth. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
